• All Soulful Support caregivers complete our proprietary 20-hour Home Care Aide training, designed to elevate their skills far above typical entry-level aides.

• Every caregiver is CPR and Basic Life Support certified through our company, so they are prepared to respond with confidence in any emergency.

• Although CPR certification is valid for two years, we require skills-refresher sessions every six months, ensuring our caregivers stay sharp, capable, and ready for real-world situations.

• Even applicants with years of experience or outside certifications (including CNAs) must complete our training as part of onboarding. This guarantees consistent professionalism and quality across our entire team.
